Kristin and her children were in a head on collision yesterday and by the grace of God walked away with non life threatening injuries. Their oldest, Carter, has a badly broken arm and is in surgery at UIHC. Kristin has a broken ankle and is waiting surgery at UIHC.
Kristin cleans houses for a living and is unable to work for at least 6 weeks while she recovers. Marcus is an electrician at ADM in Cedar Rapids. In the last couple months Marcus had to have surgery on his wrist. He has been off since then and is currently still unable to work due to not getting strength fully back in his hand.  Kristin and Marcus both work very hard and take wonderful care of their kids. Even with insurance they are going to have a lot of bills to pay in the coming weeks being unable to work. Please help if you can!
