Hey, my name is Luca and I'm fundraising for my cousin, Tamara.
Tamara is 34 years old — a mother, a wife, and a woman of extraordinary strength. For some time now, she has been facing an incredibly difficult battle against cholangiocarcinoma, a rare cancer of the bile ducts — a challenge that requires ongoing treatment, immense energy, and courage beyond words.
Despite everything, Tamara continues to fight. One year ago, she married Luigi, the man who stands by her side every single day on this journey, and together they are raising their 3-year-old child, who is an endless source of love and motivation for her.
This fundraising campaign was created to support Tamara and her family, so they can focus on what truly matters: being together, facing the illness with dignity, and improving their quality of life day by day.
The funds raised will be used to:
- cover medical expenses and therapies that are not always covered by the public healthcare system, including possible experimental treatments outside of Italy
- cover the costs of consultations, second opinions, and therapies with specialized doctors in the private sector
- support treatments and care aimed at improving her daily well-being
- help the family with travel expenses, assistance, and practical needs
- allow Tamara to experience moments of serenity with her husband and her child
