2016 was a tough year for Super Dave!  He was diagnosed with Squamous Cell Carcinoma on several spots on his body.  Fortunately he was able to have all but one removed before the end of 2016.

Now that it is 2017, his high deductible health insurance policy has reset (and doubled from $2500 to $5000) and now he's faced with a large bill he can't afford.  He has one spot left and needs our help so he can have it removed.
