My name is Shree Krishna Dhungana living in Australia since 2008. Australia is land of opportunity and I have numerous dream amongst all “GO Fund Me” is where most of dreamers dream comes true.
I am business entrepreneur and living happy life with my better half and two gorgeous angels. I still remember the first school day of “krisha” my elder daughter, who really enjoyed the pre school and we were full of joy seeing how fast these angels grew in front of us.
Originally, I am from Nepal and often visit to see my family and friends. I was really happy with reunion with families. Fortunately introduction with social activist Sabita Upreti became source of encouragement to do something for community.
Sabita has sacrificed her personal life to improve livelihood of the children with AUTISM and established SSDRC during 2010. This organisation run on their own capacity, which is at the moment going through crucial time financially for their existence. SSDRC caring 40 children with Autism 60 children's has crossed rehabilitation phase,30 students were enabled to access general schools,500 children benefited from physiotherapy. 16+ teens are under life skill training to establish themselves in the society.B.P Bhandari self motivated volunteer and professional photographer from Darwin helped us to capture the video and spent some time with them to know more about the service that SSDRC provide in Nepal.
BP said, "I was really shocked to know that children with AUTISM were going through such a hard time in their own home that they get tighted up with rope and left alone. Superstition still exists with lack of education and awareness on AUTISM and still people believe that this condition is due to their bad deeds in previous life or due to the curse. I am still disturbed with the fact that childrens are getting worst treatment rather than love and care. I feel fortunate that my child who is born in here is healthy and enjoying the precious life in Australia."
As BP joined me on my venture, another volunteer/Actor/Director from Darwin Nitesh Raj Pant came on board to take our dream to another level. I believe the number of our supporter will grow as our dream is growing bigger. Our Dream for better world starts now. We commit, If our dream come true from Go Fund Me. We intend to boost health and well being of the childrens of SSDRC.
We also want to support Sabita Upreti and her dedicated volunteers for the sustainability of SSDRC.We want to educate people that AUTISM is not the disease it is Neuro developmental disorder.Love, Care and support is very effective to assist not only the children with AUTISM but also their immediate family and society. Let us come together to prove that we care for each other to make this world a better place.
