Hi my name is Sebastian. I have recently turned three.

I have multiple disabilities including hydrocephalus, epilepsy and I'm registered severely sight impaired. I have recently had a PEG fitted - a pipe into my tummy which allows me to have all my meds, fluid and food through it.

I can't talk but I communicate through smiles, frowns and sometimes sad faces. My mobility is poor; I can't walk, stand or sit unsupported, and I need help with all aspects of my daily life.

I am fundraising for a new downstairs bathroom and access to the entire downstairs so I can play with my 2 sisters.

I also need access into the home for my wheelchair as i am getting rather heavy and my wheelchair is very heavy too!

At the moment Mummy and Daddy have to lift me in and out of the house and up and down the stairs for baths but they say I'm getting very big and heavy as I grow And i am unable to support myself at all.

We have struggled to get all the help we need from government agencies and your kind donations will help me achieve the very best quality of life.

I have recently had a quote for my bath that lifts up and down, so my mummy and daddy dont hurt themselves lifting me. It will cost over £14K
