Lets Help Raul While He Battles COVID
UPDATE:
Raul is still struggling, he did say to tell everyone "I'm not dead yet mother fuckers". In all seriousness, he is very weak, a little confused, andstill is not eating too much but is hanging in there. Its safe to say he looks and feels like shit. He has a long road ahead of him. Thank you to all who have donated! It will go a long way to helping the big guy as he gets through this. He is strong and stubborn but this virus is crazy. He has a lot of lessons yet to teach the many young men waiting for him to get back out in doing what he does best... Coaching! I attached a video of one of my favorite lessons.
the song he is referring to is Man in the Mirror by Michael Jackson
Lets keep the prayers and donations going.
LET this be a reminder IF YOU FEEL SICK STAY HOME and away from the people you care about!!!!

Some of you may or may not know that Coach Raul “Coño” Rodarte has been hit by COVID. He is currently home with treatment and care from his sisters. If you have tried to call or text and received no reply within the last 10 days or so, that is why. His family said he’s lost a lot of weight, hasn’t eaten much and is struggling with recovery.
If you have been a part of his Diamond Dawg teams or his Pool teams then you know he considers you his family. He’s a coach, father figure, or like a foul mouthed uncle to a lot of young men who look up to him. He’s a legend on the field, tells it like it is, and is either loved or hated by every umpire in the local area. He’s taught many talented and not so talented players how to work hard and play the game of baseball the way it’s supposed to be played. Every day that he can’t be on the field or in a cage makes paying bills a little bit harder. We are putting together this fundraiser so that he can worry about getting better, get the help that he needs and not about his finances. If you are a part of his Diamond Dawg Baseball family or his pool family then let’s help Raul the only way we can at this point through prayers and donations.
Diamond Dawgs Family Forever!!
Get Well SOON Raul We all Love and Miss you!
