This is Rafael Padron Bocanegra, my co-worker. A kind-hearted, responsible and a incredibly hard working man. He was sent to ER of Baylor Scott & White Hospital in Grapevine, Texas on January 28, 2018 where he was diagnosed with end stage Chronic Kidney Disease (both his kidneys are damaged). Doctors explained that he needs treatment on dialysis 3 times a week in order to survive otherwise he may have just for 6 to 12 months to live. As a recent immigrant to the US and without the healthcare insurance necessary Rafael cannot afford to pay for these treatments. Based on his situation the hospital can only treat him when he is in an emergency state. But until then, he must survive without treatment. In order to stay healthy , Rafael is going to do a Kidney Transplant procedure soon. He is also a father of 2 young girls ages 1 year old and 3 years old, and can hardly afford to take care of them especially if he is needing to pay hospital bills so frequently to get the treatment he needs. This young father of two needs your help in saving the lives of not only himself, but also his two precious girls. At only 29, Rafael cannot afford to lose this battle.
