Lets help Panda get her surgery!

Hello, let us tell you our story, Janet and I started with two Frenchie's (Gucci and Cow) and we fell in love with this breed. We started going to Frenchie meet ups all the time we loved anything that involves being with our dogs. With time we got more Frenchie's and ended up with Cow, Panda, Gucci, Prada, Canelo, Bee, Pixie, Benito, and Kitty. Panda is one of Janets babies, a few months ago she started with IVDD symptoms her back legs gave up and her neck would stiffen up. Watching her like that broke us we started her on medication which seemed to help her, she was doing so well until this week she started again but worse. She was complaining all night crying and not being able to eat on her own. Panda has always been a happy dog so full of life, she's 3 years old and still has so much life to go! She loves being with her momma whenever Janet would take her to the doggie park, she always stays near her making sure there together all the time. My sister (Janet) has always been there for so many people she has the purest heart every time there has been someone in need she has always gone above and beyond to try and help them as much as possible. To be exact Panda has a type of IVDD called Cervical Intervertebral Disc Disease, or "slipped disc" in the neck, unfortunately IVDD is something this breed has a higher risk of getting. We are currently working with a vet in TJ to try and see if we can operate her and all this is very costly as you can imagine. I ask if anyone can help us with anything even just a share, we would really appreciate it.
