Let's Help Our Friend Larry the Barber!

I'm Pete Wilson, a long-time Wilmette resident. Our mutual friend Larry (Emanuel Arkalious) of Larry's Barbershop in Wilmette (also Kenilworth, Glencoe, and Highland Park) is facing a medical situation that may make it difficult or impossible for him to continue to work. He needs our help!

Whether sponsoring local baseball teams, giving free crew cuts at neighborhood events, opening his shop on off days to accommodate his clients, or just being a good guy to have a conversation with during a haircut, Larry has been a fixture in the North Shore community for many years and a great friend to so many of us. Let's show our appreciation by showing up for him in his time of need! I've set a goal of $10,000, but I'd love to double that or even more. No donation is too small, please give what you can.
