Lets help our friend Kristin

Please join me in showing support for our friend Kristin Schnee Stairs and
her family.

Kristin and Bill have been married for 22 years. Their young adult son lives
with them while working and attending college.

Bill recently had a falling accident and has been in the hospital with a
serious brain injury resulting in respiratory complications as well. As of
today he’s been in the hospital for four weeks. At this time, it is unknown
how long or what the future may be as far as therapy. Kristin is faced with
the decision to quit her job to be by his side, which may not be possible
financially. He has recently been moved to a hospital 45 minutes away with
extremely limited visiting hours. I can’t imagine having to worry about
about finances while my husband lays unresponsive or impaired in a
hospital.

I’ve known Kristin since the 7th grade. Kristin is one of the most kind,
caring, loving and giving people I know. I am confident she would help a
friend or loved one in the same situation.
As she was in high school, she is
still a beloved member of her community and works at the local
elementary school. She brightens everyone’s day even as she has
struggles to be strong during her time of pain. Bill has also been a part of
his community as a coach for his son and many others. They as a family
are always doing things to help encourage and support their community.

If you are one of my Facebook friends from High School then you will know
Kristin. I am asking for your help to support our “Argo” friend.

This shouldn’t be about how much to donate, any contribution will make a
difference. Your donation could help alleviate the emotional and financial
stress she is facing. More importantly she will know there is a large group
of us that care and are here to support her and her family.

I know 2020 has been a very difficult year for so many. This can be a
personal way for all of us to come together and show our support for our
special friend Kristin, that we care and are here for her!
