Mari is an architect by profession and lived a comfortable life until her native Venezuela entered the worst economic situation in the hemisphere, empoverishing everyone without distinction.

Mari always finds a way to help others with minimal means by sharing the food my sister sends her with others in need and my girl's clothes with the poorest of the poor. The neighborhood cats find shelter and food at her house in a country where even cats are starving to death.

Maria Eugena is fighting a brave battle against Cancer and needs funds to travel to Colombia to complete her treatment. It is called Braquiterapy, and it can make the difference between life and death for Mari. Any dollar you can spare will put her closer to beating this disease.
