Marisela Fernandez, a 51 year old woman, still young, single mother of 2 wonderful young girls, one 19 years old and the other 14 years old.

She lives in a humble Venezuelan family.

Marisela has always faced great challenges, such as being the foundation of her home, covering the education of her daughters, the eldest is already in her last year of college and the youngest is in 9th grade.

Marisela Fernandez, was surprised with a diagnosis, which is a well-differentiated adenocarcinoma in the colon. Situation that began with difficulty to evacuate and hemoglobin in 6 gr/dl, so the doctor indicated: tomography type study (CT), which showed a tumor located in the colon, so a colonoscopy was indicated and this confirmed the tumor that compromises 80% of the light of the intestine. In this examination, the specialist took samples for biopsy, giving a positive result in cancer cells.

At this time, Marisela must undergo emergency surgery, before the tumor continues to increase in size and becomes completely obstructed, which would lead to unfavorable results.

Marisela Fernández, mujer de 51 años, aun joven, madre soltera de 2 maravillosas jóvenes una de 19 años y otra de 14 años de edad.

Vive en el seno de una familia humilde venezolana.

A Marisela siempre le han tocados grandes retos, como ser la base de su hogar, cubrir la educación de sus hijas, la mayor ya está cursando el último año en la universidad y la menor está en 9no año.

Marisela Fernández, fue sorprendida con un diagnóstico, el cual es un adenocarcinoma bien diferenciado en colon. Situación que empezó con dificultad para evacuar y la hemoglobina en 6 gr/dl, por lo que el médico indicó: estudio tipo tomografía (TAC), el cual arrojó un tumor localizado en Colon, por lo que se le indica la colonoscopia y con esta se confirmó el tumor que compromete el 80% de la luz del intestino. En este examen el especialista toma muestras para la biopsia, dando como resultado positivo en células cancerígenas.

En este momento, Marisela debe ser sometida de emergencia a una intervención quirúrgica, antes que siga aumentando el tamaño del tumor y se obstruya completamente, lo que originaria resultados no favorables.
