Let’s help Maris recover

Hi. My name is Michelle. Maris is essentially the stepmother of my son and I have the privilege of calling her a dear friend.

To know Maris is to love her. She is pure gold, has the sweetest soul, and would give the shirt off her back for a stranger. She’s never missed a ballgame of our boy and she’s family to us.

We are raising funds to help her during her time of need. She needs prayers & support while she is battling C 19/bacterial pneumonia in the ICU.

She's had a tough last year and has shown how strong of a fighter she is having gone through a health crisis that lead to a diagnosis of peropheral neuropathy.

On top of the battle she is facing, on the week of September 12th, Maris returned home from Oklahoma after celebrating her niece's first bday to find that someone attempted to steal her car, ruining the ignition leaving it un-drivable and a huge bill to repair.

The last thing anyone should have to worry about is financial stress during this time. All the funds raised will go towards paying the hospital bills that follow, fixing her car, and allowing her to rest & recover.

Please pray that her body responds to the antibiotics and her lungs respond to the oxygen. We will be updating on this page.
