Getting Mamta & Jason back on their feet

Hi everyone, I’m trying to help my dear friends Mamta & Jason who are in desperate need of our help after a horrible accident changed their lives.
Imagine doing something as mundane as taking a walk, something you do on a daily basis, and then within a split second your life completely changes.
That’s what happened when a car mounted the kerb and struck Mamta and Jason, two people on their way to celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary.
A peaceful afternoon for two happy, wonderful, hardworking people turned into a whirlwind of sirens as they were whisked away to the Trauma Department at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital with life threatening injuries.
When the day started for Mamta and Jason, they were supporting themselves and their family in a triple income household. This accident has rendered them both unable to properly work and provide for their family.
Jason recently became self employed, March 2022, using up the family’s savings to start up his business. Mamta took ten years out of her profession to raise their young children, during which time she set up a successful beauty business, then took the brave decision to return to her profession (she qualified as a Solicitor the day after this accident).
Now, with very little income they are having to reduce, minimize, conserve, and liquidate as much as possible to maintain their home and family. They have gone as far as to sell their family cars to generate much needed funds.
Since the 13th of July, Mamta and Jason have been trying to piece back together their lives and recover from their injuries, feeling fortunate to be alive and at home with their three beautiful daughters despite all their setbacks.
Their daughters (ages 17, 14 and 13) have now spent their summer holiday at home caring for their parents, cooking and cleaning as they are unable to do so themselves.
As we hope and pray for a smooth and swift recovery, we know that the road for something as severe as this can take months and sometimes years.
Telling a story like this isn’t easy, but myself and many of our friends and family are eternally thankful Mamta and Jason are still here to tell it.
I have been friends with both of them for over ten years and I know them to be very hardworking, good-principled and kind people. They always guide themselves with integrity, love and dedication to their friends, family and community.
They never hesitate to accommodate anyone who needs their help, which is why right now, I believe they deserve the same in return. Every little bit of financial assistance will make a critical difference for this beautiful family.
Nobody more than Mamta and Jason themselves hope to be on their feet as soon as possible, both literally and financially.
As much as you are able to contribute will go a long way to making that a reality. The funds raised will go towards monthly living expenses like the mortgage, utilities and basic living expenses.
From the bottom of my heart, thank you for taking the time to read this story and for your consideration in helping. With your help, I truly believe that Mamta and Jason will come back from this stronger than ever. ❤️
Please note all contributions made are paid directly to Mamta & Jason’s account.
