Hi, my name is Ana. I have created a GoFundMe on behalf of a dear friend.

This is Gloria Gonzales. I have known Gloria for many years. Gloria is a very special woman, one of a kind. Gloria worked at Cobb Street Children's Learning Center for 25 years. She worked in the infant room. During her time at Cobb, she took care of many babies, including my son Eric, who is now 21 years old. Gloria wasn't able to have children of her own. Working in this field was a true blessing to her. She loved all of those little children like her own. I will forever be grateful for her. I never worried about my baby. I knew he was in good hands with Mama Gloria.

I was heartbroken when I found out she was diagnosed with breast cancer. As of now she's had two surgeries as well as radiation treatments. God is great; her health seems to be going in the right direction. Unfortunately, she has many medical bills. Gloria needs to concentrate on getting well. I am hoping that together as a community, we can ease some of the financial burden. Our Douglas County community is big and amazing!

Gloria has given devotion and love to our community. I know she has touched many hearts in her 25 years she worked at Cobb ........let's show her how much she is loved!
