Let’s Help Liz Secure a Stable Future

Hi, my dear friend Liz (or Nanci depending on when you knew her) needs our support. She’s spent her career as a marketing and communications advisor, helping nonprofits, corporations, and community groups find their voice, build stronger connections, and bring people together. She’s dedicated her entire life to creating impact for others—but now she is the one who needs some help.

She is a two-time cancer survivor, a senior, and living with chemo-related disabilities. Despite working hard all her life, navigating illness, and continuing to pursue professional opportunities, the rising cost of living has made it nearly impossible to stay secure. She is moving into a senior income-based apartment in Englewood, Colorado, at the end of the month, but the moving costs, deposits, and transition expenses are overwhelming. So are her ongoing medical bills.

She’s always been the person people turned to in times of need—whether in community leadership, family, or work. This move is critical to her health and stability. Safe, affordable housing means peace of mind, continued access to healthcare, and the ability to keep doing the work she loves; writing, advising, and supporting causes that make a difference.
