Lets help Lana represent Team England

Hi, I'm Lana.

I'm a keen martial artist. For those who don't know me, I started training kickboxing in 2016, when I was just 7 years old, and in the recent few years I have been competing. I now also train TaeKwonDo, and help teach some of the younger students a couple of days a week.

In 2024 I won multiple gold medals and 3 British titles for kickboxing.

I'm so very excited to share that I have been selected to represent Team England in the WMAC kickboxing World Championships this year!!! I can not even begin to explain how proud I feel to be able to represent my country doing something I love at a world competition level.

So far my parents have paid for all of my training and competitions, however even though the World Championships are being held in England this year, the costs will soon add up. Therefore, I am asking if anyone is able to donate even a small amount to help financially.

The competition itself is held over 4 days, meaning there will be accommodation, travel, and some meals to pay for. Obviously there will be category entry fees too, so the more money I can raise, the more categories I can compete in, increasing my chances of getting some golds.

I will also need to buy the official Team England fight kit. Between now and the competition, there are additional squad training days to pay for, and again, travel to and from these. I would also like to be able to have some 1-to-1 training sessions to further improve my skills.

This is not just for me, but also to hopefully inspire and encourage some of the younger students that I help coach, and to show them what can be achieved with hard work and dedication.

I appreciate that money is tight for everyone at the moment, but honestly, even £2 (less than a coffee) would help towards costs if enough people contribute. I'll be extremely grateful of anything given to help me fulfill this fantastic opportunity, along with any shares to spread this word to others.
