Hi everyone, my name is Hayley and I am so proud to be Chook’s (Kristy) big sister.

On the 12th of May 2023 my sister Kristy suffered a massive brain bleed. Kristy wasn’t only a sister, she was a wife, mum, daughter, daughter in-law, aunt and a friend to so many people. Sadly there was no coming back from this unexpected sudden event after a hell of a fight her life support was turned off and she passed away peacefully on the 13th of May at 6.15 pm. We gave her a beautiful send off and now she is back home with her family to rest in peace.

This has rocked us to our very core and completely shattered our lives, but now we have her beautiful girls to think of and support. Healing can take a long time, if ever, and I want Mads, Omo and Bella to be able to do that without worrying about money or bills etc.. Because those things never go away! They now need a village to get through this.

I want the girls to be able to heal in their own time and way, and perhaps the money we raise might allow them to do this without the extra pressure of everyday living. And maybe even have some quality time together.
