Let’s rally around our beloved friend Kima, who needs our support during her journey with cancer.
Our dearest friend Kima Holmes is facing the battle of her life right now and needs our help.

Recently diagnosed with stage 1-B2 uterine cancer and a suspicious lymph node, Kima now faces 5-9 weeks of radiation and chemo with the potential of surgery in the months following. We were shocked to hear this terrible news and have created this fundraiser to help her in her time of need.

Kima is a devoted mother, daughter, sister and friend. She has consoled patients and ensured their insurance authorizations were approved during her time as an executive assistant at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, privately cared for a family friend during their battle with cancer and if you were so lucky, given some of the best massages you could hope for. These are just a few of the many good things we know about Kima. We’re sure many of you have your own stories of how she has touched your lives, right now we all have opportunity to pen the next chapter in her life’s story.

Finding out you have cancer while living a healthy lifestyle is a harsh blow, these new health challenges are accompanied with the unfortunate reality that she is unable to work during treatment and recovery. As a single mom putting her daughter through college this new diagnosis creates uncertainty about her ability to meet medical expenses.
