LET'S HELP JULIE WALK AGAIN

Dear family, friends, and fellow humans —

I’m writing this on behalf of a woman I deeply love and respect: Julie Boulanger — a courageous healer, sister, and sacred soul who now needs our support.

Julie is one of those rare humans/souls who goes out of her way to help and support everybody. From running Open Hearts, to giving reiki, to coming to help me serve medicine for free; she has always been there, generously serving everyone and now she needs our help.

Julie has survived two strokes in the past year due to a rare arterial disease that limits oxygen flow to her brain and kidneys called fibromusular dysplasia. She’s 42 a former cancer survivor, and founder of Open Hearts Healing Space in Lisbon, and someone who’s helped so many on their healing journeys — she now faces her own greatest test.

She has lost full mobility on the left side of her body, including her ability to walk. Through intense physiotherapy, hydrotherapy, and unwavering will, she’s slowly rebuilding her connection to her body. But the medical system is offering her no real path to healing — only lifelong medications and a monitoring plan.

We know that true healing is possible — not just for survival, but for complete recovery. Julie will move again. Julie will surf again. Her intention is to become a mother. To live fully. But right now, she can’t work, and can barely move. The technology to help her is already here but she needs our prayers and financial support so she can have access to the treatments that will help her restore her physical vessel.
