Many of you who have come across this go fund me account have in one way or another been touched by the life of Joe Oliver.
Joe has been a servant to the City of Miami for nearly 50 years; from his beginnings in radio to being a football coach (Miami Christian School, Columbus Highschool, K-Land/ Kendall Boys and Girls Club); to leading FCA for 30+ years; to partnering with radio at 90.9 life FM; and the list continues....
Joe has poured out his life to numerous young adults, from the lives of his 5 children, 18 grandchildren and 10 great children to the hundreds of students he has served through coaching, teaching, and volunteer youth ministry. We hope that this go fund me will give us an opportunity to show him how much we appreciate all he has done through the years.
On the evening of December 22nd, Joe had severe heart trouble that placed him in the ICU for over 14 days. Rather than playing Santa on Christmas he was in the hospital since his heart and kidneys were so negatively affected. He is now in acute care where he is being treated. It was a tragic and unforeseen event for him and his family. We know that God still has plans for Joe because he is fighting strong and still with us. Most importantly, we know that God always provides, Jehovah Jireh!
We are trusting in faith that God will provide, yet we know sometimes we need to let those around us know we need you! Joe has given so much to us all! In addition to prayer, would you please consider donating to Joe? All proceeds will go to pay for hospital bills and any other unforeseen costs.
We thank you in advance for your consideration and kindness.
