Joanne needs us. I have known her for many years and know that she is too proud to ask for help, so I am. It breaks my heart to know she is struggling.

In the early morning hours of November 2nd, a fire broke out in her home due to a faulty heater. She was living on a farm where she was also employed as an annual grower. The fire spread from her home to the neighboring buildings, burning them all to the ground, and left her both homeless and jobless.

Joanne lost everything except some photographs and the few personal items she had with her. Having no insurance, this has left her in a devastating situation.
