Hi Crunchtime fam,

For those of you I haven't met, I'm Brendan, our VP of Customer Support. Earlier this week, Jenn Luna, one of our OpsX Support Managers, experienced hardship from severe weather when her home was severely damaged after an intense storm.

Fortunately, I'm happy to report that her partner and pets are safe, but they have recently been displaced while restoring their home to a livable state.

I want to show Jenn some love and support from all of us for those able and willing.
