Hi Team,

I learned yesterday that Jeff needs to undergo extensive surgery in the next 4-6 weeks to remove a tumour that has grown in his jaw. The surgery is complex, and from my reading, he may be in the hospital for over a month, with further recovery at home for much longer.

Jeff is a fantastic person, and it's my goal to help remove any extraneous stress that I can. I have no idea what Jeff's finances are like, but I would assume that his income has taken a significant hit during the pandemic, and weathering another 6-12 months of limited or no income would be challenging. As a group, we can all pitch in and remove finances as a stressor.
