Let’s help JB and the Smith family!

On May 27 JB was working when he collapsed with chest pain. He was rushed to SCCH where they quickly figured out what was wrong and flew him to Holston Valley. Once he arrived he underwent open heart surgery for a separated aorta. He is very lucky! God was watching over him and everyone involved that day was in the right place at the right time. JB is off the ventilator now and making progress. He’s looking at possibly another full week at the hospital and is having daily dialysis treatments. Recovery will take months. His whole family has been by his side and Smiths towing has had to have both locations closed during this time. We all know that the bills don’t stop and the family has to purchase food out and use gas to travel back and forth to Kingsport. The Smith family is a wonderful part of our community, they would give you the shirt off their backs. Let’s come together to give back to them in this trying time. This was totally unexpected and JB is a young single father of 2 kids. Please continue to pray for the family and if you could help out in any way please do!
