Let’s help Jacob fight Cancer!

Jacob is a 14 year old who loves baseball and soccer. He played on his middle school baseball team. He is very energetic and has many friends. Like most typical teens, Jacob likes to play video games and eat junk food. His best buddy is his dog Abby, who is a Labrador. He loves dogs so much, in fact if you ask him to see his phone you will pretty much find mostly pictures of his dog and the dogs of his family members. He is also very social and has always been a great student who is kind and helpful. He is on the honor roll, and his teachers always have wonderful things to say about him.

However, our world came crashing down in February when he was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer that occurs in teenagers and young adult.

Right now, Jacob has gone through multiple rounds of chemotherapy. He lost all of his hair on the very first round. All in all, he is in good spirits with the exception of nausea and absolutely no appetite. His treatment plan consists of many rounds of chemo over the next few months as well as surgery in the summer and then chemo again for a few more months.

Jacob is receiving treatment in Houston, so his family has to travel back and forth. Any donation you would like to give will help his family with medical and lodging expenses.
