My friend and yours, Hernan, is having surgery next week. The procedure is called a flap reconstruction.  He's going to be hospitalized for three weeks and then he'll have several additional weeks of therapy.
I know that Hernan would never reach out to us for help because that's the way he is so I'm doing it for him. Even with health insurance the costs will be substantial. If you can help out financally, or just being there for moral support I know that it would mean a lot to him.
