Over the past year, Hacksaw has been struggling with serious medical issues. This year, his beloved wife was diagnosed with stomach cancer. Despite the challenges, he remained hopeful—until this week, when her health took a sudden and tragic turn. She has developed pneumonia on top of her cancer, and her organs are shutting down.

Hacksaw, who usually works 7 days a week just to keep the bills paid, is now spending every moment at her side. They have no medical or life insurance, and the costs ahead are overwhelming—living expenses, vehicle payments, and the painful reality of final arrangements for his wife.
