Many know Greg Addvensky as a hardworking, amazing husband to Amanda and father to Skye and Scotty, and a healthy man that enjoys being with friends and family, golfing, working out, and rooting for his Mets and Giants (no matter how good or bad their season is). He has been the go-to guy for everything and everyone throughout his service as a Marine, police officer, EMT, and most recently as an ER Nurse for the last 23 years.

Professionally and personally he did whatever he could to help family, friends, and the community. He is truly

On July 25th Greg and Amanda's world was flipped upside down as he was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma. To give Greg a fighting chance, he is embarking upon aggressive treatments. He is willing to fight the fight and meet the significant challenges to come from this terrible disease head-on.

Greg has a long road ahead of him. Without a doubt, Greg and Amanda will be faced with profound financial struggles moving forward. Greg remains in the hospital until he is stable enough to go home. As Greg will need constant care, his wife Amanda will be unable to work while doing everything she can to help him beat this.
