Let's Help Grace Swartley buy a car!

Grace Swartley is a senior Theology and Youth Ministry major with a Philosophy minor at the University of Sioux Falls. Grace also serves as a Ministry Advocate (dorm chaplain) in Sullivan Hall. She is an exceptional student who has also spent the last two years writing her senior thesis. Outside of school Grace also works as an intern for First Baptist Church in Sioux Falls where she is heavily involved in their youth ministry program as well as the children’s ministry program. This fall Grace is traveling from Sioux Falls, South Dakota to Waco, Texas to pursue her dreams of going to seminary. She will be starting her Masters of Divinity at George W. Truett Theological Seminary this fall.

However to get to her new destination, Grace needs a new car! Grace's old car (whom she named Vicky) has recently taken a turn for the worse and we’re afraid it will not get her on her long adventure to Texas. Grace is a full-time college student who is also devoted lots of her time in other areas of ministry and affording a new car has been an added weight and stressor (on top of saving up for moving costs, rent, groceries, tuition, etc.).

Grace has been a close and dear friend to me as well as many others. I know how hard this has been on her and my husband and I are making it a goal in assisting Grace to be able to buy a new car before her next step in life. My husband is a salesman at Schulte Subaru and we need your help to raise enough money before the end of the school year (like a graduation gift to her!) and get her a new car!
