Meet Gibs and Charlie they are k9 officers
Gibbs is a 20 month old Dutch Shepherd. He is from the Netherlands. Gibbs was partnered up with Officer Kevin Conway. Officer Conway and Gibbs are currently attending the Massachusetts State Police K9 Academy where they are being trained to become a Police K9 team. The Academy takes 20 weeks to complete. Upon graduating they will be certified with NESPAC standards and be proficient in Patrol duties such as tracking, evidence collection, building searches, and apprehensions. K9 Gibbs specialty will be firearm detection.
Charlie is a community and school resource therapy dog for the city of Revere funded by the the Revere public school district. Charlie’s Handler/paw-pa is School resource officer Bryan Brenes. Charlie came from a reputable breeder-Cross lot labradors in NH. Charlie was born on Feb 13, 2023 almost 6months old! Charlie is currently the face of the Revere police Department and is loved by the community already in such a short time especially the students. Charlie is almost 6months old and is such a sweet boy who’s prepared in sharing so much love and giving comfort.
We are looking to raise the funds to purchase tactical vests. Let’s vest these boys!!!
