My name is Brian and I'm fundraising for my good friend, Fabio. He could use our help.

On the 28th of October at around 5:40am, Fabio was riding his motorcycle to work when a driver on the 405 freeway cut him off on his way to work resulting in him being thrown off of his motorcyle and thrown forward and rolling about 60 feet from where he was struck. He was rushed to UCLA Medical Center Emergency Room to treat his severe injuries. He was then admitted and spent 2 nights being treated by medical professionals. It was determined that he dislocated and fractured his hip, as well as suffered severe skin abrasions throughout his body. Fabio continues to need treatment and follow ups for his injuries. It was also recommended that he receive physical therapy to assist with his rehabilitation. Unfortunately, he is unable to have the medical treatment covered. Due to his injuries, he is also unable work at this time. Fabio's personal and medical bills are piling up and he is unsure what to do. Not only does he provide for himself but also for his mother who has health issues of her own.

Fabio is such a caring and generous friend not only to my wife and me but to everyone around him. Time and time again he has proven the lengths he's willing to go to help someone in need. Now it is our turn to show him the same care and generosity he gives without expecting anything in return. Any amount would help cover his medical bills and other expenses due to being unable to work at this time.
