Erin is a 37 year old single mum to the beautiful Dixie, her whole world.

Around 18 months ago, Erin’s life was tuned upside down when she was diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis, a rare condition where the immune system turns on the liver. In February she received a life saving liver transplant, but heartbreaking,her body rejected it in just 5 weeks.

Since then, Erin has faced every complications imaginable, most recently now diagnosed with thyroid cancer. She in now in for the fight go her life.

So we are asking for all the help we can get for Erin & Dixie so please dig deep and help out.
