Let's Help DJ Get his Van Back on Track!

Let's help our dear DJ!!!

On Easter Weekend, Monday, 5th April 2021 DJ got up to go to work as normal, but he was faced with a truly unfortunate event; the window of his van was broken, and his van was stolen from the front of our Coburg house.  
His van was a Toyota Hiace 2006, one of the last model manufactured without a factory-installed immobiliser (meaning it can be stolen without a key).
The van itself cost $15,000. And with the help of a spreadsheet, we have estimated over $26,000 loss in tools, hardware and key cutting machines, not including the Van fit-out (about $6,000) and all the other bits and pieces acquired over the years.  

$41,000 was the total loss for DJ,

Even tho the Insurance made things very difficult for Dj, After lots of paperwork he was able to claim $9,900 for his van, but his entire shop and content of the van was not covered,

Leaving Dj with a $31.100 loss.

I have been waiting to hear from the Insurance before I could ask.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP DJ RECOVER SOME OF THESE FUNDS!

All of you who are lucky enough to have spent a short moment with DJ, know how generous and kind he is!

DJ is not only an incredible Partner, to me, but He's also a loyal friend who is always there to offer his hand, ear and heart to all those around him.
Dj arrived in Australia 11 years ago just with a backpack and few dollars in his pocket.
Now, He is a dedicated locksmith business owner who works non stop to achieve his dreams.  I recognise how hard is to come to a foreign country and start a business from scratch.
I am incredibly proud of DJ and all his achievements.  Thank you, DJ, for providing our community with safe homes and secure locks at any time of the day and any day of the week. Thank you for saying yes when we needed you!

Now he needs us! He lost his entire workshop, countless specialty tools, extra power for set up, which are all worth more than the van itself and are essential to continue his highly important work.

Let's rally together to help him out! It would be a huge value to contribute to this fundraiser, any amount that your heart and pocket can donate.
