Let me just start by saying how amazing Tess is... He is someone that always has a smile on his face and always trying to make people laugh along with him. He is always willing to help out someone in need, on or off the clock. He and his wife Angie are such a huge part of the Cheesecake Factory community and I wouldn't feel right if I didn't atleast try to help them in such a time of need. Last night, on the 4th of July, Tess had a tragic accident. While celebrating, Tess lit a firework and in the blink of an eye it had gone off.. Before he could move even an inch, the firework exploded, causing injuries to both of his hands, one of which almost had to be amputated. Tess underwent a 6 hour surgery this morning and finally got admitted to his own room. This will without a doubt be a long road to recovery for him and his family and they need all the support and prayers they can get. Tess was a huge part of our cook team and will need all the help he can get with the amount of income he will be losing, and the amount of hospital bills piling up. Please help our friend if you can, even if its just saying a prayer for him.
