Let's help Cst. Kevin Hamilton, Vernon RCMP

Hello my name is Chad Gravelle and I work with Kevin and have known him for the better part of 20 years, since we both went to Depot together, only a couple troops apart. This guy needs our help and I am organizong this fundraiser for his family, here is the story.

In the early morning of May 15th 2025, Kevin Hamilton suffered a devastating stroke that has affected his vision, speech, and his short term memory. Kevin was transferred to Kelowna hospital where he remains and is currently undergoing multiple tests and scans that allow his team of doctors and nurses find the best solution they can to help Kevin in his long road to recovery.

Kevin is a proud father of four, a devoted husband, who has been serving our community as an RCMP member of the North Okanagan for the last 18 years. Kevin had been an active member of the PAC committee for many years. Kevin is always the first person in line to help those in need, going above and beyond to ensure everyone carry’s a smile on their face. Kevin’s personality is truly one of a kind.

We as a community, are rallying together to help take some of the financial burden off of the Hamilton family for fuel expenses, medical equipment he will require when he gets to come home, and any other unexpected expenses they will endure as they navigate the uncertainty road of recovery.
