**update: WOW… we are completely speechless by the amount of support Cristina has received in such a short time. We cannot thank every single one of you enough for your generosity, kindness and love. This speaks volumes about the wonderful community that surrounds Cristina and our family. It has only been three days, and within that time frame, these funds have allowed Cristina to move forward with decisions that

will give her meaningful opportunities for her future, as mentioned below. This is magical and deeply moving for her, and all those who adore her. We thank you again for coming together and supporting Cristina.

Dear friends, family, coworkers, and neighbours: I am reaching out to you today to rally for support for our one and only, Cristina Milite, my beautiful cousin. Cristina was recently diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. This was a major shock to our entire family and is still being processed by us all. We have been told, however, this type of cancer is treatable, as long chemotherapy is successful. Because Cristina has to go through chemotherapy, she has been given the option to freeze her eggs early on, as we know chemotherapy has a high chance of causing infertility. While this option can be sped up due to her diagnosis, it is still a very expensive procedure, and requires additional storage fees. We want to ensure Cristina is able to complete this process without any financial stress, as this of course is a very sudden expense that was not planned for. On top of that, Cristina will also be losing her beautiful, long hair, so we are hoping to get her some beautiful wigs to help her through this process and ensure she feels as comfortable as possible.
