Lets Help Courtney aka Tiger

As you may know, our dear friend and fellow DG has been on dialysis for almost 2 years now as she has been waiting for a new kidney. She is looking for a donor and just found out that her heart is strong enough to undergo surgery when a match becomes available. She is raising her son Austin and the medical bills along with missing work is adding up. She will have to travel to Utah for all her procedures.  Lets help Courtney get better!
