Hey guys,

some of you know beautiful coco from my social media or in person. He is a very playful and curious cat. Feisty as well. We got home Saturday and saw him acting strange. He wouldn’t eat or drink water and he wouldn’t even meow anymore. He kept tilting his head like if he was in pain.

some of this behavior is unusual, like grinding, his teeth, wheezing, and gagging. My brother and I are seeking out help. Truly anything helps :( It’s been an emotional and overwhelming time for us and little coco. So far, we’ve spent around $1,400 on vet visits, exams, medications, and x-rays. The vets are still trying to determine what’s wrong, and they’ve now recommended that Coco get an ultrasound. While the x-ray gave them some information, the ultrasound will provide a much clearer view of his internal organs, which they said will help detect issues like inflammation, tumors, or blockages that might not show up on an x-ray. Update: LBC vets quoted us 600-800 not quoting on what others test they are going to do. We’re doing everything we can to get answers and give Coco the best chance at recovery. Coco is family and we’re not ready to give up on him. Anything helps like I said, if you can share this post or even donate. Even a sweet prayer or kind words. Thank you everyone <3
