Lets Help Chris and Family

In December of 2019, a good friend of first responders and valued Merrionette Park Resident, Chris Chipules, was diagnosed with cancer of his appendix. Chris underwent surgery and later received many rounds of aggressive chemotherapy. Chris did everything his medical staff suggested and was doing well. Chris would walk our town and speak to everyone. He would visit me at the police station where we had many great conversations. Chris is known and loved by many residents. We all thought this terrible disease had been extinguished. 

Chris visited last week with some horrifying news, his cancer had returned and is now at stage 4. Chris is one tough guy, but this time he is in for the fight of his life. His diagnosis is not good. As he begins a few rounds of very aggressive chemotherapy, we all are praying for a miracle. Being the family man that he is, Chris has one concern. He is worried about his families survival, as he knows this procedure will have him on his back. 

We first responders (police and fire), neighbors,  along with the community, are supporting this campaign to raise money for Chris, Pat and their kids .
