Let’s help Cesar battle Pancreatic Cancer

Our friend, co-worker Cesar Novoa informed us via his social media that he was diagnosed with Stage 4 pancreatic cancer that has metastasized to his liver. He has begun an aggressive treatment of chemotherapy and is unable to work until further notice. Cesar has begun the process of filling out necessary paperwork for disability and as we all know it can take several weeks or up to 3 months for approval.

We all know Cesar with his huge smile, laughing, positive, great co-worker with the Biggest Heart ❤️ and we can’t forget his selfies with all his co-workers on every working flight and layovers. He’s even taking selfies while receiving treatment and not feeling his very best but that’s just who Cesar is.

Cesar is a wonderful father, son and friend to so many of us any little contribution would be greatly appreciated by Cesar and his family as they focus on Cesar’s care as he fights this battle!
