Luckily however by God's miracle, Candi, didn't suffer any major injuries. Her injuries consist of some minor head trauma and fractures to her hip and back area, but with physical therapy and a lot of love and rest she should be able to make a full recovery.

She also doesn't remember the accident, but we are currently not trying to make her relive that moment. We just want to help her move pass it and be there for her physically and emotionally and once she is ready then we can talk to her about it.

 

Now this is something we have never done or ever thought we would ever need to do, but we are asking for donations to help Kandi on her recovery. And for those who are not in a position to donate then we would greatly appreciate if you can share this message as that can go a long way in itself. We are not asking for donations to cover medical expenses as most will be covered by the insurance. But more so we are asking for donations to help raise money to help her rehabilitation process to get her to get back to feeling like the smart, beautiful, caring, fun living girl she was before this all occurred.

The donations will be used to buy her rehab equipment to help assist in her recovery, any furniture modifications we might need to make or buy to help her feel and move more comfortably around the house, therapist visits depending on how she copes with the accident as she recovers, and by chance if there is any leftover money we would like to use it to help my sister be able to take Candi on a trip to Disneyland or anywhere Candi would like to go in order to help her get away from the area for awhile and give her some escape from everything that has happened. And to help motivate Candi on her rehab journey because I know this will be hard for any child to go through and we just want to do everything we can to make it as easy for her as possible.
