Hi, my name is Joanne and I have created this page to help raise funds for Caiden Brown.

Caiden has been diagnosed with a rare form of mouth cancer. He had the biopsy and scans the day before his 15th birthday and spent his 15th birthday in York Hospital.

A week later, it was confirmed as an extremely rare form of cancer for a young person/child to have.

Caidens condition is evolving rapidly, requiring constant observation, trips to hospital and assistance with things like eating.

It now looks like Caiden will require major, life changing surgery followed by chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatment.

There is a long, tricky road ahead for Caiden, his parents Dave and Tammy and his two brothers Alfie and Harley.

Caiden absolutely loves sport. He's been a member of Studley Royal Cricket Club since he was 7 years old and is also a member of Ripon Panthers football club.

I have created this fund for Caiden and his family to help them with whatever they need during the challenging road ahead.
