Hi Friends,

On November 13th 2021, our sweet Dad and Grandpa suffered a life altering stroke. My Dad was a fiercely independent man, the type of soul that would give whatever he had to ease your burden, even if I meant he went without. Life was not kind to him, but you wouldn’t know otherwise. A pinnacle example of the last generation of “true grit”, he continued to work full- time, even nearing his 80’s- to the day he had his stoke. I am starting this GoFundMe in the hopes of alleviating some of the financial burden he has incurred as a result. Funds will go towards purchasing a motorized scooter so that he can retain his independence and dignity. The rest of the funds will be put towards home care costs and rent/bills for the next year, until he qualifies for more sufficient financial assistance.
