Bill is a much-loved West Chester resident. A couple of weeks ago his wife, Pam, died suddenly, without any medical insurance or life insurance to take care of her final bills. Bill is a retired veteran, having served both in the Coast Guard and the Air Force Reserves, and he is living solely on Social Security. He helped co-found Canines for Christ of Cincinnati, a service organization that trains therapy dogs. He also spends much of his time volunteering, taking therapy dogs to schools, hospitals, nursing homes, and dog adoption events. Bill and Pam were members of Sharonville United Methodist Church.
