Hello!
Many of you know my aunt, Andi Kuro. She worked in the mailroom at Zones for over 20 years and became a friend of many, there. She left work when her mother and her husband were ill and needed her full-time care. Since her mom’s passing, she has been in and out of hospitals tending to her husband and his health. A couple of days ago, Friday June 15th, we lost Rusty. While we knew that he was sick and that his time would soon be approaching, his decline came abruptly and we lost him sooner than we expected to. This is a tragic loss for many, but especially for Andi.
In a time where she should be allowed to grieve the loss of her husband; her best friend, she is instead struggling with finances. How to pay for Rusty’s cremation, how to pay for his death certificate, how to pay rent at the 1 bedroom apartment they shared – at least until the lease is up in September.
I’m reaching out to you all for help because I know that so many of you know and love her. She won’t ask for it herself, and its more than I can give. Any prayer for her – any donation amount you might be willing to contribute – any share to someone whom you know loved her is helpful and appreciated.
