On 10/4 Our friend and co-worker Paul Manning was doing what we all love to do. Ride our bikes. On this day, Paul was viciously attacked by a dog. The dog not only bit Paul on both legs, but once he latched on he begin violently shaking him causing sever lacerations to his leg. Miraculously Paul rode his bike from Yadkin County were the incident took place back to his vehicle . Seeking medical attention at the local Urgent Care, the bites were so severe that Paul was sent from Urgent care to the local Emergency Room to get treated. After several hours at the ER Paul received 7 staples and now is walking on crutches and recovering at home. Paul has no Medical Insurance and at this time we're not sure the owner of the dog has any insurance either. All funds will go to Medical expenses incurred from this incident. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
