The Rhondda Polar Bears Swimming Disability Club, as well as our other 3 clubs in wales to join us.

The Rhondda Polar bears is a Disabled Swimming Club.

We are a registered charity and everyone helps on a voluntary basis.

We focus on ABILITY NOT DISABILITY and we use the Halliwick Concept which focuses on water safety and water happiness in a friendly, inclusive environment.

We can help our members gain Halliwick AST proficiency badges and those that are able and wish to, gain distance badges and compete in swimming galas with other Halliwick AST swimming clubs.

They have now given our swimmers an amazing opportunity to go and swim out in Denmark with the Halliwick Association of Swimming Therapy to compete with swimmers out in Denmark.

We are looking to fundraiser and gather donations to support as many of the swimmers as we can, this will cover travel and accommodation. Any little helps.
