Let’s give this sweet German Shepherd a second chance ❤️

This very sweet male German Shepherd was found in Pacoima, CA. The neighbors say he may have been dumped. We’ve been reaching out to find his owners but no one has claimed him. He’s unable to use his back legs and seems to be in a lot of pain and discomfort. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving him at the shelter because I know they’ll euthanize him for “medical reasons.” I’m trying help him but I will also need help with his medical bills. He has a mass on his eyelid that will need to be surgically removed, X-rays, bloodwork, pain injections, medications, etc. If you are able to donate please feel free.
