Hi again, friends…

Thank you for clicking on our little family’s link. Our newly adopted, nine-year-old American Bulldog has just been diagnosed with mast cell tumors. This is familiar territory for us as we just lost our sweet dog Daisy in September of 2024, at age 11, from mast cell tumors. Thankfully, our vet is optimistic that surgery to remove the mass will result in a complete recovery, assuming no further masses develop.

Sloane’s surgery will cost $1,513.27. The receipt is attached to this GoFundMe. We recently obtained pet insurance for both of our girls, but it only reimburses after treatment. This makes it impossible for us to pay without help from others.

I am chronically ill, as many of you know, and this leaves me working reduced hours as well as constantly accruing more medical debt. Between student loan payments, bills, and recent vet visits, we are unable to come up with the money for the necessary treatment for Sloane.
